Web4 Aug 2024 · The short answer is no - you can't use the send an email with options from a Shared Mailbox. You might be able to us an adaptive card but I believe that requires a premium license. That will let it send up t 50 emails simultaneously and then wait for the responses. You'll need to test it because I have seen cases where the concurrency interferes with later logic, particularly with updates.
